About BonnieK
Bonnie Kissam, M.A. in Physical Education/Dance, Feldenkrais Practitioner® with 40+ years of experience, is the creator of The Lightness of Walking Program. She developed this special program 20 years ago when she realized how much better balance her clients had once they started moving their torso. At first, Lightness of Walking was taught live. During COVID years she created this 12-hour ONLINE Program (6 days, 2 hrs each day) so people could participate in the comfort of their own home.
